Kelly bought me a flight so he wouldn't have to wait in line alone for the new iPhone (lol) so I am leaving at 6 tomorrow morning and returning at 10 Tuesday night.

I've been sort of thinking about this for a while, but now I am seriously considering taking out my lip piercing. I guess I just like my nose piercing more and I kind of like my face better without the lip jewelery.

So, being as sick as I was during finals and due to the fact that I wasn't actually allowed to leave my isolation room to take my finals anyway, I had to take incompletes in 3 of my classes. Now I've been home for like a week, and I still have to take three finals. I'm finally sitting down to study and this is actually painful.
I don't know if the formats are going to be different than the in-class exams (I'm assuming they are), but I think I'm going to just say fuck it, read over my notes, take the exams, and be done with it.

I don't want to think about college anymore. :(

I can't wait for this semester to be over.

I just finished my revision for my Parthenon paper (I might go over it again later tonight, but we'll see), and I finished my last short paper for classics. Now all I have left to do (not including finals) is a 3-4 page paper for my history exam. It's going to be so easy. I have to compare and contrast 3 pieces that we talked about in class and situate them historically. A short art history paper for someone who doesn't know anything about art, and the pieces are really easy (Fountain,Where Do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going?, Demoiselles d'Avignon, etc etc). It will take me like an hour.

I got a 92 on my stats exam yesterday. Apparently the average was really low, and he's going to curve it. My 92 was before the curve. Fuck yeah.

I'm really sick. I think it's strep. Good timing, since I have a bunch of writing to do in the next week and an exam tomorrow.

I went to the apple store with Kelly today to get my iPhone replaced. I was ready to pay the $200 out of warranty replacement fee, but the guy said that there was almost no impact damage, just the LCD problem, so he made a "one time exception" and gave me a brand new phone. For free.

I am so glad he talked me into going over there. I would have paid $300 for a used one on ebay. !!!!!!!!

Normally I don't really like Threadless, but they're selling a bunch of shirts for $5. Here's the problem: do I buy these three awesome shirts for $21.96 after shipping and have to wait longer to fix/replace my iPhone or do I not buy them and be sad about not having new awesome shirts but have a fixed iPhone?

Tentative schedule for fall '09:

AH257 (Renaissance Art): TR 11-1230
AH386 (20th c. American Painting): TR 1230-2
CL321 (Greek History): MWF 12-1
LJ211 (Japanese III): MTWF 3-4

Going from Renaissance art to 20th c. American painting might be a little weird, but I'll get over it. Also, 20th c. painting will be easyyyy considering the stupid class I'm in now, and Renaissance will be easy considering my obsession with classics. Greek history will be hard and crappy, but I need it if I want the classics minor, and I suppose I have a little bit of a background from the classics I'm taking now, and again, my obsession with Greece. I don't really want to take Japanese, but whatever (sakebigozu, are you taking Japanese next semester?>\)

The major thing that worries me is that both LJ211 and AH257 are currently listed as being taught by "staff," and it'd be nice to check out the professor before the class.

I broke my iphone last night. It still functions, but there's a bar about the width of an app icon on the left side that doesn't work.

Just had a weird, very un-anna thought: math is kind of awesome.

So according to the Social Security office, all of my information is correct (good thing i had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to find out my fucking name and date of birth) and now I have to call the IRS and find out why my shit's getting rejected.
